Had circumstances been different, Anthony Manzo-Lewis, with his newly-earned finance degree, might be preparing for a job interview on Wall Street.
Instead, Manzo-Lewis, who until Thursday had never traveled farther west than Pennsylvania, is in California this weekend pursuing his dream of playing in the National Football League.
This is the first step. The former St. Joseph star from North Arlington, who played collegiately at Albany, is attending the Chargers' rookie minicamp after signing with Los Angeles as an undrafted free agent.
"It's really a dream come true," Manzo-Lewis said.
