Oakland, NJ- Woodland at the Ridings will have 40 new affordable housing units will feature 1-3 bedroom options.

Building B, located at 2 Del Mar Court, Oakland, NJ 07436 is expected to be ready for occupancy in Summer 2026.

Preliminary applications are now being accepted and applications received on or before June 1st, 2026 will be included in a random lottery. Preliminary applications received after that date will be processed on a first-come, first serve basis. Applicants will be notified with information regarding the lottery prior to the lottery taking place.
