Councilman Joseph Bianchi and his wife, Catherine have three children and eight grandchildren. He graduated from North Arlington schools, served in the U.S. Army and has owned Pal Joey’s Barber Shop since 1965. He has been a member of the town’s fire department for 26 years, and a member of the town’s planning and zoning boards for 24 years.
