- Plumbing Sub-Code Inspector Monday and Wednesday 8am-10am

Certificate of Occupancy
A Certificate of Occupancy is required with a sale or ownership change of a property, each time you rent an apartment or business space. As of July 1, 2015 costs are $75.00 for one family or per apartment, $125 for a two family home, $175 for a three family, and $225 for a four family. Any apartment complexes over four family, please call for fee. Business Certificate of Occupancies that are classified as a Business or Mercantile are $250, all others are $400. All businesses need zoning approval prior to inspection.
Rent Control
A house or apartment complex with three or more dwellings, are required to follow Rent Control. All landlords must complete a Landlord Registration form, submit yearly reports from a either a fire alarm company or certified electrician that fire alarms are working and submit monthly reports for rent.
