Adults

We offer all three approved COVID-19 vaccines - Mondays - Thursdays: 7am - 3pm; Last appointment 2:30pm

Teens

Approved Pfizer COVID-19 vaccine & Pfizer Booster for Ages 12-15 and 16+ - Mondays - Thursdays: 7am - 3pm; Last appointment 2:30pm

Kids

Pfizer COVID-19 vaccine for Ages 5-11 - Tuesdays - Thursdays: 3pm - 6pm; Last appointment 5:30pm

Your photo ID, insurance card, and your vaccination card (for second doses and boosters)

We provide COVID-19 vaccines with no out-of-pocket costs to you; however, we submit administrative costs to your insurance following government regulations.
