Bergen County continues to take applications for its Emergency Rental Assistance Program-ERAP Qualifications
- Tenants must be Bergen County Residents
- Tenants must make less than 80% of the Average Median Income of Bergen County (For 1 person--$57,700; for 2 people--$65,950; for 3 people--$74,200) Income limits may vary depending on for which years assistance is sought
- Experienced a loss of income or financial burden due to COVID since March 2020

NJ Department of Community Affairs has closed its Emergency Rental Relief Program
However, it continues to accept "pre-applications" in the event it receives future funding.
