There will be an Emergency Drive-Thru Food Box Distribution on Friday, June 19th, 2020 for those impacted by the COVID-19 crisis, an Emergency Drive-Thru Food Box Distribution will be held from 10:00 am until supplies last at the Meadowlands YMCA, 390 Murray Hill Parkway, East Rutherford, NJ.  Even though the event is scheduled to begin at 10:00 am, if the traffic flow is heavy and boxes are packed earlier, the event will begin earlier.

This service is provided by the Meadowlands Family Success Center, Meadowlands YMCA, in cooperation with the Community Food Bank of New Jersey, who is donating the food.

Since there are limited quantities of food, service is on a first come, first served basis.  There is no registration required and the service is not restricted to Bergen County residents only.

To adhere to the social distancing guidelines, cars will line up on Murray Hill Parkway and Union Ave to receive ticket(s). Once reaching the YMCA parking lot, drivers should pop/unlock their trunks so boxes may be loaded by staff. Please allow room in your car for the box.

During the COVID-19 crisis, this is an excellent opportunity for those needy families who are struggling who would benefit from the receipt of a food box.

Please remember that the Emergency Drive-Thru Food Box Distribution will be held at the same location every Tuesday until further notice.
