Passaic Valley Water Commission (PVWC) is reminding customers that the NJ Department of Community Affairs’ (DCA) winter termination program, which protects residential accounts against water service interruption due to non-payment, will end on March 15, 2024. The program runs yearly from November 15th to March 15th.

 

PVWC offers a no-interest payment plan to assist customers in managing their bills. Signing up for the payment plan can provide customers with a structured approach to catch up on any overdue amounts. The company has also started conversations with New Jersey SHARES, a nationally recognized 501(c)3 nonprofit organization that provides statewide help and referral for essential services to those in need of assistance.
