NOTICE OF ONLINE PUBLIC AUCTION SALE OF SURPLUS BOROUGH OF NORTH ARLINGTON PROPERTY

Pursuant to N.J.S.A 40A:11-36, the Borough of North Arlington will conduct a Public Auction Sale of surplus Borough of North Arlington property no longer needed. The auction will be held over the Internet.

Length of auction: Opens October 11, 2025 at 9:00am and closes October 14, 2025 at 7:00pm
Inspection of items for sale: October 9, 2025 from 9:00am – 2:00pm at the locations listed below:
50 Silkowski Road, North Arlington, New Jersey 07031

All bidders are required to electronically register for bidding at the website noted above. All bidders participating in this auction agree that they have read and fully understand the terms and conditions outlined on the site and agree to be bound thereby.

All sales will be made to the highest bidder and shall be final. All items are sold in an “as is, where is” condition, free from any guarantee or warranty. The payment terms of the sales are posted on the website. All items must be removed within ten (10) business days of the close of the auction.

The Borough of North Arlington reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids.
