YOUR DOG(S) & CAT(S) LICENSE WILL EXPIRE ON JANUARY 31, 2026
January 06, 2026In an effort to avert a $25 late fee which will go into effect on April 1, 2026 we are sending this courtesy reminder to renew as soon as possible.
Please note that NJ State Law prohibits the issuance of a license if your pet(s) rabies shot expires BEFORE NOVEMBER 1, 2026.
If you are unable to come to our office, you may mail in the fee or drop it off in our mail slot at the Health Department (10 Beaver Ave.) and we will mail the tag to you.
PLEASE LET US KNOW IF YOU HAVED MOVED OUT OF NORTH ARLINGTON OR NO LONGER HAVE YOUR PET(S).
Again, a late fee of $25, in addition to the license fee, will go into effect on April 1, 2026. If your dog(s) is not licensed by April 30, 2026 a summons will be issued. The fee for a spayed/neutered pet is $10; for a non-spayed/non-neutered pet, it is $13.
