Bergen County Health Services is offering the CEED (Cancer Education and Early Detection) Program, providing free cancer screening services to eligible Bergen County residents. The program is designed to support early detection through screenings, education, and assistance with follow-up care.

Eligible participants may receive:

• Free mammograms and breast exams (ages 40 and up)
• Free breast exam, pelvic exams, and Pap tests (ages 21 and up)
• Free colorectal cancer screening tests (FIT kits) (ages 45 and up)

Eligible participants may receive:

• Free prostate screening (ages 50 and up)
• Free colorectal cancer screening tests (FIT kits) (ages 45 and up)

The program also includes education, outreach, screenings, case management, tracking, follow-up, and help with connecting to treatment when needed.
