MISSION STATEMENT

We are an independent branch of government constitutionally entrusted with the fair and just resolution of disputes in order to preserve the rule of law and to protect the rights and liberties guaranteed by the Constitution and the laws of the United States and this state.

ONLINE CASE RESOLUTION

NJM Direct has been enhanced to include an access to the new Online Municipal Case Resolution System.  To dispute a case, new users will be required to create a user ID and password in order to register and log into Online Municipal Case Resolution System.

COURT SESSIONS

Court sessions are on the 2nd and 4th, Thursdays of the month.
