A sneak preview: The "new" NA Library!

While the re-opening of the North Arlington Library has been delayed due to the delivery of office furniture and various items needed before the facility can be re-opened to the public, here are just a few snapshots of the freshly painted walls and new carpeting wall to wall!

As you can see, all the lighting has been changed and the renovation includes new bathrooms and offices for library personnel.

"I want to thank the Library Board and staff for doing such and excellent job in getting this project complete. I think the public will be very happy with the results. While other communities are cutting the budgets of the library, here in North Arlington we've made a considerable investment in the worst of times and that's a credit to the leadership of Mayor Massa," noted Councilman Salvatore DiBlasi, the liasion to the Library Board.

"We're working as a team in a business-like fashion and in a bipartisan basis. That's the definition of good government and the beneficiaries are the taxpayers of North Arlington," offered Council President Al Granell, who's wife Sharon provide the photos.
